Ed Sheeran has done a couple covers in the past (Bon Iver's "Skinny Love" and Johnny Cash's "Wayfaring Stranger") -- but he just recently covered his good friend Taylor Swift's hit single "I Knew You Were Trouble" and totally infused some soul, per usual!
